Shipping

United States — free on orders $100+. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $20 within the US.
Worldwide — flat $20. International shipping is a single flat rate of $20, anywhere in the world.
Dispatch time. Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

14-day returns. You may return an item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must come back in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We only cover return shipping if an item arrived not as described.
To start a return, message us on Telegram @Kseniaoliinykv or email sales@makebox.ai with your order details.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
